1. Audition starts but the player disconnects after sometime: Be sure that you are still connected to Internet. If you lost the connection, please reconnect and try again. Real Player:

menu, choose

Net inactivity period
field, rise the time up to
at least 60 seconds.
2. When starting I allways lost the beginning of the song that is playing This is not a problem realy. YidishMusic doesnt work using the Music On Demand System that starts when you ask it. Like your car or home stereo, when you put it on, it will start playing in the portion that is being played by us at that moment. 3. During audition, the music stops and resumes several times This is not a problem realy. That occurs whenever your line gets jammed by high traffic or while your trying to use another application that uses very big amounts of memory. The music stops during the time your machine needs to fill the buffer. In quick lines like DSL using high speed machines, it doesnt appear to occur that often. Try increasing performance closing some of your open windows, terminating some applications not in use at that moment and also reading question 1. 4. I use Windows Media Player and cant connect to YidishMusic Some Windows Media Player versions will not work with our system. We strongly recommend the use of WINAMP. In case you dont have it, please visit our DownLoad Center and get yours: it is free. 5. I cannot make it work when using Mozilla FireFox: Mozilla FireFox wont work by now. There is not available plugin or extension for radio streaming listening. The unique solution is to keep on using your IExplore or Netscape to listen to WEB Radios. We strongly suggest you to use Winamp in case of problems with Firefox. Winamp is the easiest way to conect t our streaming. 6. I clicked over Windows Media Player or Real Player choices and nothing happens You should allow Pop-Ups for this operation. When you choose Windows Media Player or Real Player, a new window will automaticaly open and your browser would get it as a Pop Up oppening attempt.
